RMA Policy. RMA applies only to units that are dead on arrival (DOA). CT Miami will not accept any used or damaged units. USA domestic customers have 7 days from the invoice date to complete a DOA Report Form. International customers have 21 days.
No merchandise may be returned without a RMA number from CT Miami. Important: A RMA number is only an authorization to ship the goods back to CT Miami. Upon receipt of goods, CT Miami will repair or replace the approved units. All CT Miami sells are FOB/Ex-Works our warehouse; customer is responsible for all freight and duties charges.
